Important Dates: The Thacher Intramural Competition will take place on October 5-6, 2024, and the final round will be held on October 11, 2024.

About the Competition: 

The Thacher Intramural Competition is an annual competition in which 2L and 3L Scalia Law students compete in a criminal trial problem in teams of two as either the defense or prosecution while being judged by local practitioners and judges. The Thacher Competition provides Scalia Law students the opportunity to grow as advocates, become courtroom-ready attorneys, and make connections with local attorneys and judges. Thacher is also a great opportunity for students who want to compete on an extramural team to show off their skills!
