Two distinguished constitutional law scholars will launch the Scalia–Ginsburg Colloquy with a civil discussion of the U.S. Supreme Court’s upcoming decision in the affirmative action cases, Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College.
