Spooky season might be over, but the Supreme Court works in the shadows all year long. Tuesday, on November 9th, @ 12:30-1:30 PM in Room 121, join the GMU ACS Chapter for an informative lecture on the shadow docket by American University Washington College of Law’s Professor Stephen Wermiel.

Besides teaching at WCL, Professor Wermiel writes for SCOTUSblog, has published numerous works on the Supreme Court, and is a member of the Board of Governors and House of Delegates for the ABA. Read more about Professor Wermiel.
