This is specific to the Monthly Dean’s List Mailings found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. Create a Resource<\/strong> using the News<\/strong> template. Give it a Title<\/strong>, Long Title<\/strong>, and Resource Alias<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

2. On the Settings<\/strong> Tab, make sure the Parent Resource<\/strong> corresponds to the News>Year<\/strong>. The Published On<\/strong> field will be used to sort the article. Use the date the Mailing was delivered.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

3. Under Template Variables<\/strong>, include an image (400px wide by 250px high). Copy and paste a blurb for the Spotlight\/Feature Summary<\/strong> (usually the first sentence). Enter the Publication Date<\/strong>. Check off the categorie(s) that correspond to the article on the Categories<\/strong> list. Under Content<\/strong>, paste the entire article.<\/p>\n

4. If an image needs to be included, upload the image and use the following code template:<\/p>\n
