Step 1: Create a New Document<\/p>\n

Step 2: Use the Courses Template and Fill in the Title<\/strong>, Long Title<\/strong>, & Resource Title<\/strong> with the course name. The Published<\/strong> checkbox is unchecked by default. Make sure to check it and hit save when you are complete.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Under the Settings<\/strong> Tab, use the following field entries in each field to keep all courses.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Under the Template Variable<\/strong>s Tab -> Courses<\/strong> Sub-Tab fill in the following fields:\u00a0 Course Title<\/strong>, Department Code<\/strong>, Course Number<\/strong>, Credit Hours (minimum)<\/strong>, Credit Hours (maximum)<\/strong>, Subject Category<\/strong>, and Prerequisites<\/strong> (if applicable).<\/p>\n

Step 5: Under Template Variables Tab -> Entities Sub-Tab, Copy and paste the course description under Short Description<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Optional: If you would like to hide the side bar, the option is under Templates-Default TVs<\/strong> as Hide Side Navigation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 6: When finalized, make sure the Published<\/strong> checkbox is checked under the Document<\/strong> tab and Click on the green Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n
