Instructions for adding Class Notes in MODX<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to the Class Notes<\/strong> directory (ID12416)<\/li>\n
  2. Right click on an existing alumni, choose Duplicate<\/strong> from the dropdown.\u00a0 Add a new name (last name<\/strong>, comma<\/strong>, first name<\/strong>. Example: smith, john). Check Redirect to duplicate<\/strong>. Select Make all unpublished<\/strong>. Hit Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. On the Document<\/strong> tab, change the name in the Long Title <\/strong>field with first name<\/strong> than last name<\/strong> (Example: John Smith).<\/li>\n
  4. Go to Template Variables<\/strong> tab,\u00a0 upload the alumni photo to Homepage Feature Image <\/strong>field. Make sure the image is 400px by 250px<\/strong>. If no photo is provided, use the default image: assets\/images\/alumni\/thumbs\/class_notes.png<\/code> \"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Enter text in the Spotlight Summary<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
  6. Scroll down to the Class Year<\/strong> field, add the year in digits. Example: 1991\"\"<\/li>\n
