Critical\u00a0Race\u00a0Theory\u00a0has been much in the news of late.\u00a0In addition to intense controversy about its merits, there has been dispute about its actual content\u2014what does this term mean?\u00a0Long before it became a political football however, CRT started out as a strand of legal scholarship.\u00a0In this installment of the Liberty & Law\u00a0Reading\u00a0Group, we will engage with several of the seminal writings by key originators of the CRT movement, as well as writings by some of the first scholars to push back against them.\u00a0As always, our purpose is to have a friendly, open-minded, challenging conversation in which law students and faculty of all viewpoints are invited to participate.
