Elenis<\/cite>, the landmark First Amendment case that the U.S. Supreme Court handed down in June. <\/p>\n<p>Speakers for this program are <strong>Erin Morrow Hawley<\/strong>, senior counsel and vice president of the Center for Life and regulatory practice at Alliance Defending Freedom, and <strong>Tobias Barrington Wolff<\/strong>, Jefferson B. Fordham Professor of Law and deputy dean for equity and inclusion at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. <\/p>\n<p>The idea for the colloquy came from the strong friendship between the late U.S. Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Ruth Bader Ginsburg &mdash; a friendship as legendary as their sharp disagreements on the bench.
