Next meeting is Tuesday\, February 15. \nCritical Race Theory and its Critics:  A Conversation   \nCritical Race Theory has been much in the news of late. In addition to intense controversy about its merits\, there has been dispute about its actual content—what does this term mean? Long before it became a political football however\, CRT started out as a strand of legal scholarship. In this installment of the Liberty & Law Reading Group\, we will engage with several of the seminal writings by key originators of the CRT movement\, as well as writings by some of the first scholars to push back against them. As always\, our purpose is to have a friendly\, open-minded\, challenging conversation in which law students and faculty of all viewpoints are invited to participate. To join\, please sign up here.
