Bernstein is the George Mason University Foundation Professor at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.gmu.edu\/\">George Mason University School of Law<\/a> in Arlington, Virginia, where he has been teaching since 1995.<\/p>\n<p>He has been a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School, Georgetown Law Center, University of Michigan Law School, and William and Mary Law School.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Bernstein teaches Constitutional Law I and II, Evidence, Expert and Scientific Evidence, and Products Liability.
