David E. Bernstein is the George Mason University Foundation Professor at the George Mason University School of Law<\/a> in Arlington, Virginia, where he has been teaching since 1995.<\/p>\n

He has been a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School, Georgetown Law Center, University of Michigan Law School, and William and Mary Law School.<\/p>\n

Professor Bernstein teaches Constitutional Law I and II, Evidence, Expert and Scientific Evidence, and Products Liability. He is a contributor to the popular Volokh Conspiracy<\/a> blog.<\/p>\n

A prolific and often controversial scholar, Professor Bernstein is the author of several books:
