Terms & Conditions:

  • Limited spaces are available for this conference. By submitting a registration request for the conference, the Registrant indicates their intent to attend the entire conference and understands that their attendance may preclude participation by others.
  • Registration requests will be confirmed by email within 72 hours of submission. “Confirmed Registrants” will be asked to affirm their commitment to attend by completing a $150 deposit form. Credit cards will not be charged the $150 unless the Confirmed Registrant releases their conference seat at any point after February 29, 2020.
  • The Antonin Scalia Law School will pay for the hotel rooms for Confirmed Registrants for the (2) program nights, March 29 and March 30. Confirmed Registrants should not make their own hotel reservations. We make all reservations based on the registration request forms.
  • The Antonin Scalia Law School will provide a stipend of $300 for participants from schools east of the Mississippi or of $500 for participants from schools west of the Mississippi to defray the cost of reasonable travel expenses and other incidentals. Confirmed Registrants will be required to provide requested tax forms upon successful completion of the program to be eligible for reimbursement.
  • Confirmed Registrants are solely responsible for the cost and arrangement of their travel to and from this conference. Confirmed Registrants are expected to make travel arrangements so that they can be present for all sessions, including the opening reception and closing session of the conference.
  • The Antonin Scalia Law School provides for group meals during the conference, as indicated on the agenda. Confirmed Registrants are solely responsible for the cost of other meals.
  • Confirmed Registrants are expected to attend all sessions promptly and actively participate in conference discussions and activities.
  • The law school reserves the right to cancel a conference without incurring liability of the part of Antonin Scalia Law School and George Mason University.
