Our Clinic offers a unique and practical learning experience that complements classroom instruction in Intellectual Property Law. Students will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience engaging in real legal work, handling cases, conducting legal research and writing, drafting documents, and interacting with clients. This hands-on experience is invaluable for developing practical skills that are essential in the legal profession.

The Mason Arts and Entertainment Advocacy Clinic provides students with a chance to engage in pro bono and public service through providing legal services to underserved populations or addressing social justice issues. Clinic students contribute to pro bono work and public service, fostering a sense of social responsibility and community engagement.
